Wedding Fees & Reservations
Elopement wedding - Pre-written civil or religious ceremony, arranged by email and phone. Bride, groom and two witnesses:
Mon thru Thurs - $100 (active duty military-$80)
Fri, Sat, Sun $125 (active duty military - $100)
*Holidays and holiday weekends quoted individually
Intimate wedding - Pre-written civil or religious ceremony, arranged by email, phone and Skype - 25 or so quests.
Mon thru Thurs - $125 (active duty military - $100).
Fri, Sat & Sun - $150 (active duty military - $120)

Individualized wedding - Coordination and development of an individualized ceremony based on your unique relationship and preferences. In-person planning. Personalizing your wedding vows or including a unity candle, hand-fasting or sand ceremony, are some of the special ways of creating a "uniquely you" wedding. Fee starts at $175 ( 20% discount for active duty military).
Services for all weddings include developing and officiating your ceremony, assisting with and filing the completed document(s) with the county clerk and a keepsake copy of your ceremony. Thinking about a rehearsal? Fee set depending on venue location.
About gratuities: My services are moderately priced leaving room for you to reward excellence. Gratuities are appreciated!
Reservation/Deposit: The reservation deposit is $60. Call or text 360.682.6070 to reserve your special day (evening and weekend calls accepted). After reserving your wedding date with Sacred Ceremonies Ministry, click the "Pay Now" button to use your debit/credit card. Balances are due on or before the day of the wedding and may also be paid by debit/credit card after arranging to receive an invoice.
If life's happenings require a change of date, all funds will be applied to the new arrangement; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
*Holidays and holiday weekends include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Travel Costs: When getting to your wedding site is more than 20 minutes from my Oak Harbor WA office (based on Google Maps), there is an additional $15 per hour charge for gas and travel time. Tolls, ferry, parking or gate fees are additional.
Vow Renewal and Commitment Ceremonies
Wow! ready to renew your vows. Please call so we can discuss your needs. For various reasons, some couples choose a commitment ceremony. Fees are quoted based on your plans.
